14 great miles on the SGM course with ColleenandMike Woollard Warren and William Campbell.....well they dropped me off and ran farther than me. Perfect temps! Averaged 6:59 pace for the run. I started out at 7:32 for mile one and gradually built the pace. & miles in I averaged 7:11 pace. The last 7 miles were at 6:48 pace. I am loving my Altra Running One squared shoes!! No foot issues for over 2 weeks.

5 months of 2014 are over....1055 miles logged.
