24 mile bike this morning- the quads are starting to feel better- ran into the big 'circle' this morning- Clyde, Dave, James, Logan, Steve and Bill. They looked pretty spent...I am glad I was on the bike this morning....back to running in the morning!

No windshield- sunglasses. It is a little difficult seeing in the dark with them on but the bugs hitting the glasses is much better than my eyeballs

James- good to see you too! It was pretty sorry being on the bike while you guys came in from a good run. I kind of felt like I was cheating....lol Actually the biking has helped some of my running...now I just need to get the desire to push hard. Saturday I could have run a sub 40 in the 10k if I wouldn't have decided to wimp out and start taking walk breaks.
