Good job Scott.

Thanks Dustin, I am running so stinking slow this month but I am out there. I have been trying orthotics and my neuromas are not bothering me and it just feels so good to be running pain free. I really don't care about speed just enjoying the runs. Next month I hope to start picking up the pace a bit so that I can have a respectful time at Boston, most of all I want to have fun!

Scott your doing great lately with your training. I'm most impressed! Keep it up without getting injured and you'll have a great racing year starting with a PR at Boston.

Clyde, thanks. My concern is if I can get any speed back. The cold weather has really slowed me down. The orthotics are taking the pain out of the neuromas but it is affecing my running a bit to get used to them. I am enjoying running again. After Mesquite I was ready to give up on marathons but boston kept me going and now I.am actually looking forward to it even if it is a slow race, I am determined to make it fun.
