Just another mellow run today. Decided to basically put in miles this week and not worry so much about the pace. For the most part I am holding to about a 10:00 pace, every once and ahile I will move up to a 7:00 pace for a quarter mile or so just so I am not too bored. I just feel like I need to get the feet conditioned to the extended miles, I can always put the speed back in as I get closer to the marathon. |
