Body feels great after the race- if the feet could have held up I would have cut at least 2 minutes if not more- tried to run through the pain but it is too long to run for 4 plus miles with the feet hurting so bad.

Great race and time even with pulling shoes one and off. Man too bad you haven't found a better answer for that yet. Hope something works out better than the on and off trick.

Thanks Clyde! Yes it sucks to have to stop and work over the feet, I lost a lot of time, at least 2 minutes plus how the pain affects my running once they start hurting. If my feet didn't give me the problems I am having right now I know I could have knocked off 3 minutes getting me under 1:30...maybe someday I will get it figured out. All I know is it is a royal pain and takes a lot of the joy out of racing.
